The Washington Group, a leading consulting firm in the DC Metro area, is currently seeking inside sales and telemarketing staff to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland.

These positions are full and part time insides sales positions, requiring no previous sales experience. Individuals will learn the recruiting business and be trained by successful sales executives. TWG has experienced its most profitable year in 2004 and is looking at a record breaking 2005. The demand for our services has never been higher.

A successful candidate will:

  1. have motivation to pick up the phone and establish relationships with current and prospective clients
  2. meet and exceed sales goals
  3. have a strong work ethic and be committed to an organization providing career opportunities to hard workers.

Compensation will include an hourly wage based on previous experience as well as bonuses and incentives based on production.
