Executive Bios

Ryan Hershfeld plays an integral role within the Healthcare Division. He joined The Washington Group Healthcare Division to assist Managing Partner Jessica Lereah with the identification and recruitment of talented clinical professionals in the field of transplantation. His responsibility is to convey the essence of a position to those with the skills to perform the role, while considering carefully the personal and quality-of-life concerns of all. Current demands focus Ryan on the position of Transplant Coordinator, with specific needs in the Liver, Kidney, Lung and Heart areas. The Healthcare Division works across many other fields in the clinical arena and Ryan is involved with these also.

Ryan graduated from Saint Mary's College of Maryland with a degree in Philosophy, and has a minor in Women's Studies. He enjoys building computers in his spare time and listening to the smooth jazz of Charles Mingus.
