Jessica Lereah is the Managing Partner, Healthcare Division of the Washington Group, a recruitment solutions leader within the Healthcare industry. She leads a team that recruits talented professionals who manage or deliver care within the diversified healthcare industry. This includes expertise working within transplant centers, OPO’s, acute care facilities, managed care, long term care and home care.

Their work includes locating and placing all healthcare professionals in roles as Clinical Managers, Supervisors, Directors, Executives and Administrators. Searches within the last year have included Administrative Director of Transplant, Transplant Manager, Transplant Pharmacists, Transplant Coordinators, Transplant Supervisors, Procurement Coordinator, VAD Coordinator.

She has over 5 years of healthcare experience and more than 8 years of direct recruitment and account management. Jessica has also been successful in starting up two temporary healthcare divisions for premier staffing firms in New York City. Her clients ranged from major medical centers and managed care companies to community based hospitals, long-term care facilities and home care. She worked with all levels of nurses and at The Washington Group, has begun offering many opportunities for nurses and medical care professionals who wish to work on a contract or limited time basis.

Jessica is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a degree in Psychology. She holds a Masters in Psychology from The New School University. She and her husband, Evan, live in Columbia, Maryland with their son and golden retriever.
